Catering

We deliver fresh Vietnamese catering across Auckland, with a 12km delivery radius from each store. Delivery is approximately $2 per kilometre with a $15 minimum fee.

You can also call the store that confirmed your order directly. 

Changes to your catering order can only be made for orders within the cancellation policy period.

If you have placed your catering order but it has not been confirmed, please call the store directly and they can cancel your order and you can place a new order. 

If your order has already been confirmed, please call the store you ordered from to request any changes. If your changes require an additional charge, you will be required to make payment over the phone.

• Cancellations can only be made up to 24 hours before your order is due to be prepared if your order was due to be picked up or delivered Tuesday – Friday. If you would like to cancel your order within the 24-hour period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• If you would like to cancel your order which was due to be picked up or delivered on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday you will need to cancel by the Friday before by 2pm. If you would like to cancel your order after this period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

A maximum delivery radius of 12km from your chosen store applies. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to locations outside of this 12km radius

• Cancellations can only be made up to 24 hours before your order is due to be prepared if your order was due to be picked up or delivered Tuesday – Friday. If you would like to cancel your order within the 24-hour period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• If you would like to cancel your order which was due to be picked up or delivered on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday you will need to cancel by the Friday before by 2pm. If you would like to cancel your order after this period, you will not be eligible for a refund. However please contact the store to see what we can do. 

Next day pickup or delivery is available for orders placed prior to 7pm.

However you are welcome to submit a catering request to catering@rolld.nz or contact the store directly if your catering order is on the same day and we will try to accommodate your request.

We have low gluten, vegetarian, vegan and halal suitable options. Our whole Roll’d Menu is also 100% nut-free.
